Delivery information

1. International orders (International delivery: 120 lei), are sent via EMS (anywhere in the world) or DPD Courier (only in Europe), delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days.

2. The order can be placed on the website: When filling in the data, select Country, City, then in the Street, number field, add the full address in your country (including the postal code). Select International delivery: 120 LEI then complete the order.

3. Payment is made by card on the website or to the company's bank account. There is no cash on delivery method for international deliveries. If you select payment by bank transfer, you will receive the bank account details by email. To ensure that the products are reserved for you, please send us proof of payment within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

4. Shipping is 120 LEI regardless of the order value.

5. Receive a parcel tracking code (by email or SMS) to see where your parcel is at any time.

6. The order can be placed both online and by phone at the following number: 0785 800 000 Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:00

7. In the event of a size exchange or return, the customer bears all shipping fees and bank fees for returning the money, if applicable. The amounts displayed include VAT. The delivery fee is added to the order value, so that the price paid by card or by bank transfer to take possession of the package represents the cost of the order plus the delivery fee.

8. The return is made only by courier-paid and called by you. (Our address is PRIVATEBOUTIQUE.SRL / CHIAJNA SAT DUDU STR SOARELUI NR 38 AP 3 –Phone: 0785 800 000. Attention !!! Do not use postal services (post). The package must arrive at the address.

8. ATTENTION ! Deliveries to NON-EU countries (Great Britain, England, Switzerland, Moldova, Israel, USA, etc… ) it is possible to pay customs duties at destination.
