Return Policy

If, for various reasons, you wish to return privateboutique.ro products, you can do so only by respecting the following rules
Romanian legislation in the field provides: "the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products". 
The only condition is that the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you (to have the labels attached, to have no signs of wear and, in the case of footwear, to have the original box). Any return that does not comply with the above conditions will be refused. 
Products that show signs of consumption or wear, with the packaging opened or unsealed, that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, etc. are not accepted for return. If you are thinking of returning a product, please make this decision before opening/unsealing/using it. (cosmetics, perfumes, hygiene products)
You must notify us within a maximum of 3 working days of receiving the package if you wish to return it by calling the phone number: 0785.800.000. 
Returns are made only through courier companies. 
We do not accept returns sent through the Romanian Post. 
The shipping fee must be paid by the customer requesting the return. 
We do not accept cash on delivery packages! 
Within a maximum of 14 days from the date of return, we will refund the value of the order by bank transfer (for this we need your IBAN code consisting of 24 characters). Return costs will be borne by the customer.
